Fueled by her own spiritual experiences, she holds a deep yearning to help and inspire others as well to connect within themselves, to live a life of JOY.

Age of 5

Started Kundalini Yoga

Age of 7

Attended for the first time the White Tantric Yoga, at European Kundalini Yoga Festival in France

Age of 12

Became the youngest KRI Certified Yoga Teacher

Age of 14

Went to live at Yogi Bhajan’s boarding school, Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar, India

Age of 15

Started teaching weekly Yoga. (Many of these same students continue to attend.)

Age of 16

+ Created First Yoga Club at Archer Schools for Girls - despite being met with resistance, due to the lack of popularity for Yoga at the time - Arezu was steadfast in following her desire to spread Yoga.

+ Upon returning from School in India was committed to being of service, became involved with Homeless in Los Angeles, Healing Bridges in Sudan, and finding ways to expand the Grameen Bank’s Micro Loans, created by Noble Peace Prize winner: Muhammad Yunus

Humanitarian trip to Refugee Forgotten Camps in Sudan

+ Where Arezu turned her dream into reality - fundraised and built their first ever, All Girls School

Age of 17

Graduated from The Archer School for Girls

Age of 18

+ Became the University’s youngest hired staff, teaching Yoga for faculty, Gym and Sport Teams

+ Received the Cynthia Harrell Horn Humanitarian Award

Taught yoga for Government Organisations: IMF, IDB, World Bank, State Dept, US Dept of Health and Human Services and Peace Corps

Age of 20

Graduated from GWU

Age of 22

+ Followed her passion of helping and inspiring people through Teaching Yoga - turned into a Full Time career.

Teacher Trainings: Core Power Yoga, Yoga for Youth, and Kids Yoga at Zooga

Created her own niche class called: Kundalini Core Flow (with the blessings of Arezu’s teacher, GuruSingh.

Began leading her own International Yoga Transformation Retreats (such as: Costa Rica, India)

Ages 22-24

Commitment to Alzheimer’s Support

+ Became certified Brain Longevity Specialist

+ Became Ambassador and later Directer of Special Events for the Alzheimers Research & Prevention Foundation

+ Became ambassador for Maria Shriver’s: Womens Alzheimers Movement (WAM) and helped with Move for Minds (National Fundraiser Event)

Age of 24

Arezu linked her love for yoga, with her GWU degree of philanthropy together Formulated a specialised class, which she has taught on tour: Brain Booster Yoga

Kirtan Kriya - clinically researched meditation by leading Medical schools in US that shows KK’s ability to reverse memory loss + many other benefits

Became Brand Ambassador for Athleta, Gap

Age of 25

Arezu took a spiritual pause and went to India (for 4 months) rejuvenated and recharged by participating in Retreats & Programs in Ashram.

Age of 27

+ Taught Arezu the importance of slowing down, filling up her cup as she continue to give and serve, to always stay connected to Higher Self and Heart.

Taught yoga for Festivals

Age of 28

+ Udaya, Shakti, Bhakti, Sat Nam, Lightening in a Bottle (LIB), Sweden Yoga Fest

Due to the Covid19 Pandemic, Arezu shifted her traveling business to virtual, offering 40 Day Meditation Courses & Weekly Saturday Virtual Classes

Age of 29

Moved to Tulum, Mexico
