In the evenings, we will come into heartfelt discussions about self-love, finding our purpose, holistic healing and sacred self-care.
In these workshops, we will discover parts of ourselves we may have never thought about before and unblock the things preventing us from blossoming into our happiest, healthiest selves. Topics will range from Forgiveness, Self Love, Productivity, Gratitude, Journaling, Visualising.
We will finish our days with deeply restorative stretching, followed by meditative Kundalini Chanting to come back into our center and take this positive energy to the rest of our lives....
