If you are a new mom who misses your freedom to go to workout classes, burn off some steam or perhaps you just want to be rest assured that you get your body back to its rocking shape, all the while connecting with your newborn and not leaving their side…. this class is for YOU!

It is a fun-filled class for you and your little one (ages 6 weeks - crawlers). You get to enjoy a series of challenging exercises and yoga postures while incorporating your baby throughout the sweat. From Cat-Cow Push Up-Kisses to their face, to Dance moves with Baby-Bicep-Curls to get your legs and arms burning you will have so much fun while also experiencing all the mind and body benefits of yoga and fitness.

By including your little one throughout the class you will be giving a whole new meaning to the term “Baby Weight” left feeling exhilarated and energized, while your baby will be ready to pass out for a nap!
