As Arezu herself was blessed to head-start her spiritual journey by beginning Meditation at the age of 3 and Kundalini yoga by the age of 7...she has first-hand noticed the benefits and changes it has had on her life…. She believes similarly to Dalai Lama that if w e can have each kid grow up with the toolbox of mindfullness, and self-connection then each child and the world will be a much better place, and that is her biggest goal. 

Arezu’s Kids Yoga classes encourage kids of all ages to experience yoga through childhood stories and songs, learning animal named yoga poses. The class is a balance between breath work, yoga, movement and chanting. This playful class encourages each child’s self-expression as the class takes an adventure through a jungle safari and learns many animal yoga poses.

Each pose and activity taught is specifically tailored to help the young students develop and improve their flexibility, motor skills, strength, balance, concentration/focus (calming the mind) and their compassion/self esteem. It's also important to note, the benefit of introducing kids to relaxation and breathing techniques, as it will allow them to calm down, cope with stress and conflicts that arise. A child who learns yoga will develop skills that will last a lifetime. Come and have your child learn about the joy of yoga at an early age.
