Arezu loves hosting Silent Disco events - as it deepens the experience both through Yoga and Dance!
Dance expresses joy better than anything else,
Dance allows us to tap into a reservoir of joy and release any of the pains and frustration through movement,
Dance is a therapy, dance is a language we speak through our bodies, a universal language!
As you put the headphones on, you immediately feel immersed & connected with Mother Earth and the healing properties of the sun, ocean and MUSIC!.
For the event: Each attendee will be given a headphone, there will be a live DJ spinning as we start with a warm up of YOGA, followed by DANCE and ending with a closing circle of MEDITATION
