Experience Description
While working from home and having your routine changed, your body and specifically your spine/shoulders have taken on more of a burden. Emotionally as well as physically we carry our stress and tension in our back and it is important to learn specific techniques to help alleviate. In this 45 minute class that can be done at your desk, we will do mostly seated postures. Kundalini Yoga is a unique practice that focuses on the spine, where the kundalini energy lies dormant at your tailbone, where the expression is coined: Healthy Spine, Healthy Life. Through a fusion of practices that Arezu will lead you through, you will be left feeling lighter, renewed, refreshed and have the mental clarity to continue, stronger. This session will also teach you abreath exercise to release anxiety and a Meditation to soothe the mind.

Optional to sit on a yoga mat of cushion on the floor if that is comfortable and available to you - You need to have enough space to swing your arms around without hitting anything - If a longer weekly/monthly/yearly program is requested, Arezu can put together a well rounded program catered to your teams schedule and intensity level
