Arezu teaches over 11 different styles from the various lineages of yoga. Upon meeting with her clients, she makes a personalized plan by fusing all the styles together to meet and achieve her clientele’s internal and external goals.
This personalized plan includes step by step instructions, to work with your own body needs, providing the necessary modifications and hands-on-adjustments. She will be working alongside you, at the comfort of your home, until you feel more comfortable and confident to do them on your own.
