Arezu has created a fun and strengthening class that is not just for the stereotypical “senior citizens” that leaves you feeling the soreness only once you are out of the water. By using the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activity. No swimming is required in water aerobics, but can add a challenge in certain exercises and cardio underwater! Exercising in water helps increase your energy, stamina and strength…best of all you don’t feel the pain while doing strengthening circuits!!

Arezu loves teaching a full body sweat sesh that gets your heart rate up and your muscles sore. Using both weights and your own body weight to surprise the body with unique workouts, you will be led through circuits for the: Arms, Abs, Legs - each circuit incorporates a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) set that will peak your heart rate. Get ready to have fun while doing the unthinkable.
Arezu's popular Cardio Kickboxing class is taught with a HIIT circuit training style. Get ready to punch out any aggression, spike up your heart rate, and move your body in new ways. This combination of aerobics, boxing, martial arts and step will leave you out of breath but having a blast all along! Light dumbells are optional to use during the boxing combinations, for added arm strength, but form is always our priority.
